What this is not

It will not tell you what you hoped to hear — so far this instrument has more often told brands your problem isn't casting than book more creators; that's why it's worth believing when it says yes. Not an influencer list. Not campaign management. Not surveillance — no read of a specific creator is ever sold or shown to a brand without their consent.
