THE SERVICE.
culture-watch provides a creator positioning diagnostic platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Access during the pilot period requires a valid founder code issued by culture-watch.
ELIGIBILITY.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. culture-watch does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
The Brief is AI-assisted analysis — a starting point for strategic consideration, not a definitive assessment. culture-watch does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of diagnostic output.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
The Brief is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing privately with a manager or agent is permitted. culture-watch retains all rights to the Lens, archetype system, and positioning framework.
ACCEPTABLE USE.
You agree not to share or sell founder codes, access other accounts, reverse engineer the Lens, or submit false information.
PAYMENTS.
Paid access is billed through Stripe. All sales are final. If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact manu@culture-watch.com within 7 days.
LIABILITY.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months. Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
